BHEL, a state-owned engineering agency, on Tuesday introduced the appointment of Upinder Singh Mather as Director (Energy). Matharu took over as CEO of the corporate. “Upinder Singh Matharu, 58, has taken over as Director (Public), Public Sector Engineering and Manufacturing Enterprise (Energy) after being appointed Director on the Board of Bharat Heavy Electricals Restricted (BHEL),” the assertion stated.
