Kohli, playing in his 314th T20I match, dragged his Indian teammate Jaspreet Bumra for a six to reach the milestone in the fourth over after being sent to RCB batting.
Kohli, who is set to step down from the RCB captaincy at the end of the season, is 13 for 10,000 in 10,000 overs.
The 32-year-old played 298 innings before Sunday’s match and averaged 41.61 with the help of five centuries and 73 fifties. His highest personal score is 113. His career strike rate is impressively 134 plus.
