“There was more work simultaneously (on ABC) than on the other channels. A bunch of people were on the payroll permanently, so they knew each other very well and there was a great sense of camaraderie between them and the cast and crew. They went from project to project and had a nice sense of sympathy and sensitivity. I remember working on another network and being very silly and cynical, whereas ABC was kinder and gentler with the actors.”
