Carlstrom also shared a photo of herself holding hands with her new bundle of joy.

Just a day before the birth, Hope shared photos of herself in a hospital delivery room with her 19-month-old firstborn, Svea.

Like Svea, Hope and Carlstrom, who married in 2019, conceived their second child through IVF from the same donor.
