Sameer was engaged according to Muslim customs
According to India Today news, his uncle (X) said, ‘My daughter is married in a Muslim family. It was a arranged marriage. We got engaged after three years of negotiations. We were engaged according to Muslim customs and got married 10 months after the engagement. Dawood Wankhede, his wife I have known since then. They also practiced Muslim rituals. Sameer’s first wife’s father said that Sameer’s family would not marry his daughter if they were Hindus.
Sameer also fasts during Ramadan
Qureshi further said, ‘Dawood Wankhede signed the nickname and it was written in Urdu as well as English. Everyone knows that family means Muslim. Sameer Wankhede’s father-in-law further said that Sameer’s mother was a devotee who performed all the religious rites related to Muslims. Sameer Wankhede follows all Muslim rituals and also offers Namaz during fasting during Ramadan. At the same time, he said that Mrs. Wankhede (Sameer’s mother) was a religious woman and that conditions had changed after her death. At the same time, he did not comment on his daughter’s split.
Sameer’s birth certificate was issued by Nawab Malik
It is learned that Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik had issued a birth certificate to Sameer Wankhede stating that he was a Muslim but had obtained a job by producing a fake caste certificate. However, Wankhede himself and his father also reiterated many times that he was from a Dalit family and that his mother was a Muslim.
