The agency said two other suspects in the case had been arrested earlier in the trial. The names of the two accused are Ahmed Abdul Qadir and Irfan Nasir. The NIA filed a chargesheet against the two on April 1 this year.
Further investigation revealed that the accused, Mohammad Toukir Mahmoud, along with his accomplices, extorted money and sent it to Syria to join ISIS by forcing radical ideas into the minds of innocent Muslim youths in the Quran Circle group.
The NIA said that in 2013, Mohammad Toukir Mahmoud also traveled to Syria with his associates. According to the agency, Mohammad Dayesh made the visit to join hands with the leadership and offer them the support of Indian Muslims.
