The Indian cricket team will start its campaign in the T20 World Cup from tomorrow i.e. Sunday. The match will be played in Dubai against arch-rivals Pakistan. Former captain and veteran Mahendra Singh Dhoni is in a new role for the team and is helping the players with his experience.

One person on the team said his importance on Dhoni’s role. Speaking to news agency ANI, he said, “Dhoni is helping to keep the team atmosphere calm before the high voltage match against Pakistan.
MS Dhoni, who retired from international cricket two years ago, has led the team to three ICC trophies under his captaincy. But in view of his experience, the BCCI appointed him as the team mentor for the T20 World Cup.
A source in the Indian team said, “Before the match against Pakistan, the atmosphere in the dressing room was calm due to Dhoni. Young players spend more time with Dhoni and meet him to answer his questions and it is important for all of them.
“The team has a lot of talented players, but they don’t have the experience to play big matches. Being in the Dhoni dressing room under such circumstances is like an elder brother to him.
