Satyendra Jain said that our lifestyle is changing and we are suffering from various diseases due to this. To prevent this, we need to change our lifestyle. A 3 to 4 km walk every day should be included in our daily practice. This prevents the body from circulating blood properly and prevents many serious diseases such as heart disease.

According to Hindu mythology, during the sea churning, Dhanvantari came out of the churning with the urn in his hand. His birthday is celebrated as Dhanteras 2 days before Diwali. This day is also celebrated as the National Ayurveda Day.
