Listen to the news
The hour has come, Aryan can only come out on Friday or Saturday
Madhya Pradesh High Court lawyer Abhay Bapat explained that lawyers come forward when they get bail from the court. The surety amount is required to be deposited in court. After depositing this amount, the order comes from the court. A certified copy of this order will be handed over to the jail, where the accused will be remanded in judicial custody. If the copy of the order reaches the jail before 6 pm, ie before the evening roll call, the accused will be released from the jail on the same day. Defendants may be released from jail the next day if delayed.
Orders have not yet been issued
The court granted bail in the Aryan case but no orders were issued. It is not clear what the bond amount or the bail bond is. This order will come to the screen and after that surety will have to come. The bail bond has to be deposited in court. After this process, a certified copy will be available, which will need to be shown in jail. If the order copy reaches the jail by evening, Aryan will be released tomorrow, otherwise he will only be released on Saturday.
