Celebrating Daughters’ Day, Shilpa Shetty shared an unprecedented video of her daughter Samisha. The actor, who went to Instagram, recently shared a video shot during the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations and made a special promise to her daughter.
In the video, a prankster Samisha sits next to Shilpa during a puja at home. The mother-daughters wore pink. Samisha tried to pull herself up but failed. She finally gave up and sat back in her seat and continued to clap, parting the sculpture.
Sharing the video, Shilpa wrote, “Happy Daughter’s Day to the US, me and ours … Thank you for choosing me, Samisha. Although we were mother-daughter from the beginning, I can assure you that we will always be heartily good friends, my baby!

Shilpa and her husband, businessman Raj Kundra welcomed Samisha through surrogacy on February 15, 2020. They are already parents to son Vian. She shared the news via a social media post. In May 2020, speaking to Pinkvilla, Shilpa revealed that she had opted for surrogacy after undergoing some miscarriages.
“After Wayne, I wanted to have another baby for a long time. But I had an autoimmune disease called APLA and it came into effect every time I got pregnant. So I had two miscarriages, so this was a real problem,” she said.
“I didn’t want Wayne to grow up as an only child, because I knew how important it was to be one of two and a sibling. When that idea came up, I explored other ideas as well but it just didn’t happen. , Closed due to conflicts with Christian missionary Kara.I waited almost four years, then I was very annoyed and we decided to try the surrogacy route, ”Shilpa added.
