Sarah Ali Khan went to Instagram on Saturday afternoon to share pictures of her visiting a temple in Ujjain with her mother Amrita Singh.
Sharing pictures of her and Amrita from the famous Mahakaleshwara Jyotirlinga in Ujjain, Sarah captioned them “Ma Aur Mahakal”. In the pictures, Sarah and Amrita can be seen inside the temple courtyard wearing traditional Indian dresses along with face masks.
In the comments section, one fan responded to the photos and said: “Beautiful mother-daughter duo”, another added: “Post more pictures.” Many fans also responded with heartfelt emojis.
Sarah regularly prays in various temples in India. Last year, she and Janvi Kapoor went to Kedarnath and offered prayers at temples there. She also visited the famous Kamakhya Temple in Assam and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi last year.
Sarah recently appeared on screen opposite Dhanush and Akshay Kumar in Anand L Roy’s Atrangi Ray. Her character and acting received praise from critics and fans.
