The pandemic may have halted large-scale festivities, but did not dampen the festive spirit for Kajol. On the occasion of Lohri, the actor shared a glimpse of the festival’s homely celebrations with pictures of her with her family at home.

Kajol shared some glimpses of the Lohri celebrations that took place at her home on her Instagram on Thursday evening. She shared a picture of her son Yug, daughter-in-law Neelam Devgan Gandhi and blue son Danish on her Instagram feed. Selfie shows Kajol and Neelam sharing a sweet moment with their sons. “Moms and kids and joys,” Kajol added a Lohri wish to everyone, captioning the film.

The actor posted another picture on his Instagram Stories where he and Neelam can be seen standing with Ajay’s mother Veena Devgan. Kajol has a large popcorn plate in her hand with the words #HappyLohri written on it. Kajol’s husband actor Ajay Devgn and daughter Naisa did not appear in the photos.

Kajol celebrates festivals with her family. Through the epidemic, she regularly posted pictures of festive celebrations from Durga Puja to Christmas on social media.

But for her in the epidemic it was not just festivals. Kajol is also working consistently. The actor stepped into streaming with his Netflix movie Tribhuvan last year. Before that, she last appeared on screen opposite her husband Ajay Devgn in 2020 in Tanhaji. She will be seen in her next Revathi film The Last Hurra. In a statement about the project in October, she said, “I think it was a beautiful journey and it deserves to be shared with everyone. Revathi directing me to this story gives me more strength to act like Sujatha and show her strength.
