Babil Khan, son of late actor Irrfan Khan, shared three pictures of his father on Instagram, commenting that he has a ‘mad legacy’ to live by. Babil’s post showed Irfan co-starring with actors Steve Buscemi and Tom Hanks.

In the first film, Irfan co-starred with Steve Bussemi, while in the second film Inferno appeared as a selfie taken by Tom Hanks on the movie sets. The third film also starred Irrfan Inferno, and also starred actor Felicity Jones in the background. Babil in his title, “F ** k. I have a mad legacy to live by. ”


Irfan starred in The Provost Thriller, an adaptation of Dan Brown’s famous novel of the same name. It was directed by Ron Howard and the third installment in the Robert Langdon series of films, starring Hanks as a Harvard cryptologist.

Hanks talked better about working with Irfan. “Here’s what I hate about Irrfan Khan …” Hanks said at a press event. “I always think he’s the coolest person in the room, and everyone hangs out at every word I say and everyone is a little scared to be in my presence. And then Irrfan Khan goes into the room. And he’s the coolest person in the room.”

Irfan has a successful career in Hollywood; He has appeared in small plays such as Jurassic World and The Amazing Spider-Man, as well as major blockbusters such as Oscar-winning Life of Pi. He died in 2020 after a two-year battle with cancer.

Babel is set to make her acting debut in the Netflix movie Kala, directed by Anbita Dutt and co-starring Tripti Dimri.
