Arjun Rampal shocked by NCB arrest of girlfriend Gabriella Demetrios’ brother: ‘We have nothing to do’

Urban Rampal is clearing the name of his partner, Gabriella Demetrios’ brother Agicilas Demetrios, after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested him. The actor, in a press release, said that although Gabriella’s cousin Agicilas was involved in recent developments, he had ‘no other relationship or relationship’ with him.

He requested the media not to link his name to the case, saying he was ‘shocked and taken’ by the turn of events.

“Dear friends, followers & public, I am amazed and amazed at the latest development that has taken place today. It is unfortunate that my name is being unnecessarily dragged into every publication even though I have nothing to do with it,” he said in a statement. A leading newspaper reported.

“As far as my family and I are concerned, my direct family and I are law abiding citizens. And although there is a relative of my partner in this incident, I have no other relationship or affiliation with this person except myself”.

“I urge the media not to make headlines using my name because I have nothing to do with it and it will cause pain and confusion to my own family and people with whom I have a professional relationship,” he said.

Arjun said he had faith in the judiciary and asked everyone to allow the law its passage. “Please refrain from adding my partner and my name to those that do not belong to us. I appreciate your support and I humbly ask you to be honest and sensitive in this matter,” he concluded.

The day before, NCB had seized a small amount of drugs from Agicilas, which was intended for personal use. He was sent to judicial custody.
